We feel incredibly lucky to have Monica as our nanny. She is always helpful, reliable, and genuinely caring, but what really makes her stand out is how creative and thoughtful she is with the children. She is definitely not an ordinary nanny — she always comes up with fun ideas, activities, and little touches that make everyday life more interesting and special for them.
She is proactive, capable, and someone we can truly rely on. Most importantly, the children love spending time with her. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Monika has been working with us as an after-school nanny for a couple of months and I hope she will stay with us forever! She collects my son from school, walks home with him and helps him settle, relax and play until I get back from work. She cooks Noah's dinner once a week when I get home later and takes care to wash up and keep things tidy.
She's a wonderful person with a kind heart, compassion and imagination. In addition to this I feel we benefit from her background in teaching as she will occasionally bring in resources which she feels will engage Noah's interest and support his learning.
I've been nervous about after-school childcare as my son is autistic, non-verbal and has special needs and change is difficult for him. Monika is so sensitive to Noah's needs, with good intuition and he feels safe and happy with her which makes me feel very reassured. It is also heartwarming that she genuinely celebrates Noah's own particular achievements and milestones.
It is lovely to come home to my smiling boy knowing he has had positive experiences with Monika. She is also well-organised and a good communicator. I would recommend her wholeheartedly - you would be lucky to have her work with you.
