Truly Exceptional Nanny & an Irreplaceable Part of our Family!

Shedeen has been an extraordinary nanny to our three children for almost two years, and she has become an essential part of our family life. The children were 6 years old (eldest) and 4 year old twins, when she first started. She is a true professional: consistently punctual, impeccably organised, and able to manage every aspect of the children’s routine with complete confidence and care. From school pick‑ups, dinner, baths, homework, laundry, and after‑school activities, she handles everything seamlessly, giving us total peace of mind.

Her connection with the children is remarkable. They absolutely adore her, they run to her for cuddles, listen to her, eat beautifully for her, and follow her routines with ease. Her calm, steady presence means even the biggest tantrum dissolves quickly, and she always manages to bring the laughter back. She has that rare blend of warmth, intuition, and gentle authority that you simply cannot teach.

Her cooking is a hit (healthy balanced meals), her time management is flawless, and her first‑aid training has been invaluable. She has spotted early signs of allergies and fevers before they became serious, and we trust her judgement completely. She treats our children as if they were her own, and the love and security they feel with her is unmistakable. Her communication skills is fantastic.

As a busy working couple, she even helps us keep the household running — picking up groceries when we run out and stepping in before we even realise we need something. We cannot fault her in any way. Her support has been invaluable, and we are so grateful for her years with us. We truly miss her sorely.

We would welcome Shedeen back in a heartbeat. She is an exceptional nanny and a remarkable human being, and any family fortunate enough to have her will quickly realise what a treasure she is!!

She just makes life easier.

Shedeen has been looking after my two boys who are 1.5 and 5.5 years old for the past year. When Shedeen arrived she really put in the effort to get to know the kids. She is upbeat, engaging and very sweet natured. She is reliable. She gets out and about with the kids and taught me about a few new places like the RAF museum. She does little thoughtful things without request, like make sure we have milk in the fridge when we get home. Which always makes me look in the fridge think "thank goodness for Shedeen".
