My little boy went to Heather’s full time since he was 1 right up to school age. He was so happy there, I didn’t want to move him to pre-school. He was lucky enough to develop a strong bond with Heather’s granddaughter. Throughout his time there, all of the children Henry interacted with were lovely.
It’s always felt like a second home and I was lucky enough that my eldest was able to join during the half terms and summer holidays. They used to be so excited to be able to go together.
They fondly tell me about the farm visits and soft play sessions and the weekly toddler groups. Heather will buy new toys to keep their interest and Henry loved the tuff tray play.
Henry has breezed into reception and I think being in a smaller environment, gave him a chance to be more prepared. He knew his alphabet and numbers and name recognition before school started, and most importantly knew how to interact nicely with other children.
I’ve already recommended Heather to a friend 😁

Heather has been fantastic with our son who has been in her care from 10 months old to 2.5 years. Only leaving due to a change in our circumstances otherwise we would have kept him with Heather until school.
Heather provides a safe and happy environment and we have trusted her from day one due to all her experience with young ones. Heather is a trusted source of advice for us on all things parenting and has helped us through the various baby/toddler phases.
The children go on lots of fun outings to different parks, activities and groups, getting plenty of exercise and fresh air. Our son always sleeps well after.
The children are all taught to play nicely and be caring towards each other, so they develop nice friendships and are like a little family unit.
Our son has come on leaps and bounds with his language, has learnt to count and to recite the alphabet amongst many other skills, due to the individual attention Heather gives.
Heather has been amazingly reliable even through the covid pandemic - we would have been lost without her!
We can’t recommend Heather highly enough for anyone looking for a safe, and happy environment in a home setting.

My daughter started with Heather when she was 1 and stayed with Heather until she was nearly 4.
Heather is a loving and kind person and my daughter trusted her instantly. Even at our first meeting she was happy and comfortable to be held by Heather. That was he moment I knew that Heather is the best choice.
Together with Heather we have achieved milestone in growth and development. Heather kept me informed of everything that Erica have achieved each day. we had a little diary going back and forth as well as messaging me about Erica's day.
Erica loved going to the playgroups with Heather, having Halloween, Christmas or Easter parties and walks and parks.
Heather helped us with keeping food diary when we were going through some tummy problems and accommodated any changes in her diet in informing me what she ate from her pack lunch each day.
My daughter was never sad or unhappy to be with Heather; I can say the absolute opposite she could not wait to go and even on holidays was asking when she would see Heather again.
Over all Heather was the best person to take care of my daughter and for us. Heather understood my daughter and made sure she was able to bloom into a little person she is now.
Heather is a part of our family and will never be forgotten to what she has given us.

Heather had my daughter, from 8 months until she was 3.5 years, the only reason she left was because Heather lived near my work, but now I work from home. I couldn’t have wished for more from a childminder. As a parent handing over my 8 month old, Heather made the whole process easy, she accommodated all my needs and I knew my daughter was in great hands. Also as a first time single mum I always valued Heather’s advice on things like potty training, tantrums, picky eating.
My daughter loved her time with Heather's and always got excited to go, she really misses not going now she is at pre-school. She developed so much so quickly and was given the tools which have helped her at pre-school now – manners, doing things for herself etc. I loved that Heather takes the kids out most days, my daughter had so much fun on the various outings.
I don’t hesitate in recommending Heather. She is incredibly kind, caring and loving to the kids and she makes them feel like part of her family. A huge thank you Heather.

My daughter has been with Heather for 3 years now. Heather has been absolutely fantastic with her and to us as a family since day one. She cares a lot about children in her care and we always felt like she was part of our family, someone who knew our daughter very well, could support during different developmental stages and be relied on whenever needed. Heather is doing what she is absolutely best at - children in her care are always very well looked after, very well behaved and atmosphere is always nurturing and friendly. Our daughter was taught many things by Heather, so as parents we had an easy life during these years. Important to mention that children are very tidy in the end of each day when you pick them up - as a mother i can't do that myself, so no idea how Heather does that :)
My daughter loves Heather's family and you can tell she feels very loved there as well. Once settled there wasn't a day she wouldn't want to go to Heather.
We always loved the fact that Heather takes children to different groups and does all sort of activities on different days, at the same time providing very homely environment at her home on a daily basis.
As we speak a different language in the family our daughter struggled with growing up in a bilingual environment, however Heather has supported us a lot with this and we are now confident that our daughter won't have any issues with the language once she starts Reception this September.
Choosing Heather you can be absolutely sure that your baby will be very well looked after and loved. Unfortunately we are relocating due to work requirements and cannot put our second daughter in Heather's care, but we hope to be back with her upon our return, as she is absolutely fantastic.

We highly recommend Heather’s childminding service to any parents!
We had done a lot research and viewed several settings before finally choosing Heather’s service for our 1.5 years old daughter.
Heather is extremely professional and really excellent in caring for small babies. She is always patient, caring and attentive. She is also a meticulous person providing really good care. We always felt relaxed and confident when dropping off our daughter at her house. She loves to arrange different in-house and going-out activities everyday. We also love the fact that she provided a diary book for each child to record their daily activities and progress.
I am now pregnant with my second baby and we will come back to her again some time soon!

We have used Heather for approximately 8yrs. First with our eldest daughter and the 4yrs later with our youngest daughter. Both of my girls adore Heather and from the very first day Heather has always treated them with kindness, love and support which made returning to work so much easier. Heather has always been very reliable and would always try and accommodate our needs. She was able to accommodate our needs when both of my girls started to attend preschool with daily pick ups.
Daily Heather had activities planned whether they were playgroup, parks, arts and crafts, dress up etc. Through these activities my children always got the opportunity to play and socialise with other children. This did mean when the time came for them to attend preschool it was a very easy transition.
Every day we would get a detailed report from Heather of what they did, how much food they had etc. This included both verbal and written.
I would highly recommend Heather as a superb, caring and nurturing childminder who provides a warm, safe environment.

Heather has been minding my eldest child since he was 9 months full time and then took over the care for my youngest son too from the same age. Unfortunately after 3 years of working with Heather we have had a change in circumstances that mean we need to change our Childcare.
In the almost four years that we have known Heather we could not fault her care for our boys at all. She is loving, caring and nurturing. We have seen our boys grow up happy and confident in her home from home surroundings.
Heather is reliable and always incredibly flexible to help us out whenever we need her, even at very short notice!
She always puts the boys first. I cannot remember a single time when Heather has let us down or been off sick.
The boys come home everyday full of excitement with what they have done everyday; and we get daily feedback from Heather in their book as to what they have been up to, not to mention lots of art work sent home for us! She takes on board their interests and incorporates them into their daily activities.
I was worried about leaving my 9 month old boys to go back to work but Heather made the transition so stress free and I can never thank her enough for that. I have seen my boys grow up confident and loving and that is a true reflection in how brilliant Heather is.
Thank you so much Heather we are so sad to have to leave you!

We used Heather as a full time childminder for over 3years until my daughter turmed 4 and started school. From day one Heather made our daughter feel very much at home, safe and settled and my returning to work was a very easy transition for us all. Heather has always been very attentive and caring and our daughter loves not just Heather but the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather and she was always able to help us out.
Our daughter did daily activities and excursions with Heather and she was always running in the door to see Heather (and her family) in the morning and was full of excitement of what she did in the evening. We always got a verbal daily report as well as a written. Heather's influence on our daughter has been nothing but positive.
I would highly recommend Heather as a childminder. She has been exceptional at all times and our family will always hold her close to ours hearts.

We have been using Heather for our youngest son since he was 14 months old, he will be going to school in September. We moved him from a local nursery because of their lack of flexibility and haven't been disappointed.
We get a daily report on activities and now that he is at nursery she takes and collects him.
Heather has been fantastic dealing with his food allergies and eczema problems. She has been flexible with timings (both planned and emergency unplanned changes). Our eldest son, now approaching secondary school, also used to go for before and after school sessions until sports clubs got in the way.
He absolutely adores going and will definitely miss her when he goes to school.
I would highly recommend Heather.
