Outstanding childminder

We honestly couldn’t recommend Natalie highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly caring, compassionate and genuinely invested in our child’s happiness, development and wellbeing.

The level of care she provides is truly impeccable. She goes above and beyond every single day to make sure our little one feels safe, loved, supported and settled. It is such a comfort knowing that he is in such capable, caring hands, and we have complete confidence in the care he receives.

The days out and activities Natalie provides are amazing. She puts so much thought and effort into creating fun, engaging, educational and memorable experiences, giving the children opportunities to explore, learn and have fun in so many different ways. It is clear how much time and dedication goes into making each day special.

Natalie’s communication is also excellent, particularly on Baby days app. We always feel kept informed about how the day has gone, what our son has been doing and how they have been. Those updates mean so much and give us real reassurance.

What stands out most is that she treats the children as individuals and genuinely cares about them. Natalie creates such a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive, and it is obvious that caring for children is something she does with her whole heart. It is clear how much her own children love and enjoy spending time with the children she cares for also.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any parent looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, compassionate and goes that extra mile. She truly is amazing at what she does, and we are so grateful for everything she does for our son, thank you.

Unparalleled nurture and care

We have been sending our daughter to Natalie for over two years now, as she was recommended by my sister. With both my nieces and our daughter, Natalie has proven herself as an outstanding childminder. She is incredibly kind, caring and thoughtful. Our daughter loves spending time with Natalie at her home, and always comes back telling us what fun thing she did that, bringing along with her various creations that she's made.

She is also incredibly communicative and organised, letting us know anything and everything we need to know about what our little one has done for the day - including lovely daily photos sent securely through an app. She provides everyone with a meal timetable every week, so we know what they are going to have, and she has always tried her best to accommodate any requests we've had.

Our son will be joining his sister at Natalie's in spring, as we cannot wait for him to have all the wonderful experiences his sister has enjoyed - whether at Natalie's home or the park or one of the many other fun, child-friendly places they get to go.

I honestly couldn't give higher praise. Natalie is a wonderful person and caregiver, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone.

Amazing Childminder

Our daughter has been with Natalie for over 6 months now and we cannot recommend her enough. Her setting is a home from home environment which our daughter thrives in, she also has a great relationship with Natalie, the other children in her care as well as her own children. . Throughout the day we get constant updates via the app, and our little girl is always super excited when she leaves and tells us all about her amazing day!

Brilliant

I couldn't reccomend Natalie more. My son absolutely loves her and is always asking to go to her even on days when he isn't booked. She is super calm and reassuring and I am alway impressed at how she looks after the kids and plans such fun things. My son is starting a school nursery in September, but we have kept one day with her as we really value her input into his young life. She creates a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the children.

Definitely recommend!

We’ve been sending our daughter Sophia to Natalie for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier. Natalie provides a home away from home environment. Her own children are a delight too and Sophia has really bonded with them and created friendships with them as well as the other children Natalie cares for.
The days that Sophia spends there, are well structured with learning activities, lots of trips out to play centres or parks and there are many opportunities to play and learn at home too. Natalie updates us on how Sophia is doing throughout the day through the baby’s days app which is so helpful and it’s nice to get photos of all the fun they are having too. Natalie’s kind and caring nature has meant that Sophia settled with her very quickly and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder. Natalie even helped us with establishing some sleep routines which we were struggled with at home so we couldn’t be happier! :-)
