Genuinely kind, caring and attentive to babies nee

After being immobilised for 6 weeks whilst healing 2 broken bones in my leg with a baby who had just started crawling, Nicole was a valuable part of our support system. We are incredibly grateful for the genuine care, interest and attentiveness shown to our little one, from play to nappy changes to putting them to sleep. Basic household chores were carried out too. Even after Nicole's services were no longer needed she would still check in to see how our little one was doing and even wish them a happy birthday. Incredibly kind and thoughtful of Nicole. Thank you 😊
Would highly recommend if you are looking for genuine, warm and friendly care for your baby and family.

Wedding babysitting

We had Nicole watch our two young children over two days during a wedding. She has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys looking after children. Got them fed and to bed on time. The second day she brought her own toys for the kids to play with, which was thoughtful. For a babysitting job like this, she fulfilled our needs.

Fantastic affordable nanny

Nicole has been fantastic with our two girls, they absolutely loved spending time with her. She goes over and above her role, even coming away with us for a family wedding.

Our children's regular nanny

Nicole was our regular nanny for our children for 2 whole years, working 3 full set days. She oversaw our three children who ranged from ages 1 to 9 years. During this time, we were happy with her. Her main role as nanny included doing school runs, taking youngest to groups and overseeing their snacks and meals. During the school holidays, she entertained all three.
Nicole's duties also included basic housekeeping once the children's needs were met. She has never left the house at the end of the day as described in her other review. The house was generally tidy and the jobs I instructed her to do were generally done by the end of the day.
When our youngest qualified for 30-hours free childcare, we decided to move her to a more formal pre-school setting in order to prepare her for school. Nicole has our formal written reference. Please contact her directly if you are interested.

Disaster

I used Nicole for three weeks. I will not recommend her to anyone. She leaves dirty nappies on the tables, let the children paint all over the beds & walls, doesn't wash up any of their dishes and never tidies up their toys at the end of the day.
I would never normally leave a bad review as I thought it was just settling in issues but she has just let me down with no notice at all.

Well I am sorry. Your house wasn't very warming,oldest child a bit of a madam,I did put stuff in dishwasher.
