We have had 2 children in Kelly's care over the last 4 years. Both have loved their time with Kelly. The care that she has shown them has shown through their development as well as how eager they always were to go (the older one always loved the opportunity to pop back at pick up times so she could see Kelly). We are so greatful for the dedication Kelly has shown in making sure the children in her care feel loved and safe as well as being reliable and flexible with parents as well. We really couldn't have hoped for a better place to leave our little ones.

Our daughter always looks forward to her time at Kelly's and has done since she started at 12 months. She always has a smile on her face and is happy and worn out from a full day of activity provided by Kelly.
Kelly has also proven to be really helpful with flexibility where we have needed extra help, always keeps us informed and fully engages with any specific concerns we have (such as when our girl has been out of sorts for any reason).
Overall she has built a good relationship with both us and our daughter and we are very pleased to recommend her services.

Kelly looked after our toddler from when he was 12 months. He has a number of severe allergies and Kelly was confident at managing this. Our son never had any reactions when Kelly looked after him as she did an amazing job of keeping him safe and managing snack and meal times. Unfortunately, this is not always easy to find for a child with our son’s medical needs, but Kelly managed everything with ease, as did her assistants. Thank you so much for your diligence and care.

Kelly is lovely. She is a very hands on childminder and made my Twins feel extremely welcome when we needed to change childcare settings after we moved to Beckenham.
She does loads with the kids - park trips, dog walks, soft play and at home, arts and crafts, baking and drawings.
Twins were always happy to go, and they liked playing with the assistants Lucy and Kirsty.
Kelly was always willing to help me with alternative childcare if she was away , which was a massive help too as a working mum.
I am hoping that even though the twins are now at school, that we will still use Kelly in the summer holidays!

Kelly took on my little girl when she was 14 months old and kept her until she was 3 and ready for nursery. When we met Kelly we instantly felt she was right for us, as she has such a warm and reassuring persona. Every day my daughter would look forward to going to Kelly’s and she made lots of friends there. Kelly done varied activities with the kids, and I always felt that my little one was happy and cared for. I have now had my second child and am getting ready to go back to work soon, so it was a no brainer that we would also be taking him there. Kelly has a lovely home and family, and I would happily recommend her to anyone!

Kelly looked after our daughter for about a year. Providing a caring and stimulating environment with lots of varied activities including playgroups, parks, baking, crafts. My daughter loved her time with Kelly and the little friends she made in the setting. We decided to put our daughter in pre-school which is the reason we left. It was a hard decision knowing how much she enjoyed it at Kelly’s. I can’t thank Kelly enough for the care she gave to our daughter and would definitely recommend her.

My daughter started with Kelly in January 2020 when she turned 1. She went to Kelly for 2 days a week and I cannot recommend her enough. The settling in days were perfect and left me feeling that my daughter was in the best possible care. There was plenty of communication and photos for updates which was lovely to see, and the setting in her home was lovely. Have recommended her to friends and would not hesitate to go back to Kelly again!

My daughter was with Kelly from 7 months old and I can honestly say she was really happy. She was always excited on drop off and loved to see Lola the dog and the other children. Kelly is friendly, professional and genuinely caring. I particularly liked how Kelly would always share details of their days; activities in which they had participated, including photographs. I would 100% recommend her childcare services.

Our daughter started with Kelly just before her first birthday and settled quickly thanks to Kelly’s warm welcome and flexible style. Kelly is so enthusiastic and always has lots of activities planned to keep the children entertained, which we really appreciated. I particularly noticed the great way she interacted and talked to the children, making them feel comfortable.
We will miss Kelly and Lola (who I credit for my daughters love of dogs!)

I raised a genuine concern about my 8 month old daughter sleeping in a car seat. Kelly took this personally. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional she was in dealing with my concern. While I was trying to come to an understanding, she mentioned that she is busy atm.
It made me feel that if she doesn't have time to address my concerns as a parent and paying customer then it's best to go elsewhere.

This is very unfair as you texted me 4 times and I replied promptly to all your messages. I said on the 4th text I hope I have answered all your questions as I’m a bit busy atm as I’m caring for my father who has recently been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
I have always answered any questions you have raised very promptly and I treat all the parents the same and fairly
Remember this was also my day off but I always get back to parents when they text on my days off and the weekends as I have done and will continue to do so. Everyone is treated the same.
