We’ve had our son with Laura for about 6 months and he (and us) love it. Laura and family are so good at communications and keeping us informed about all the activities they get up to each day; from outdoor learning at various green spaces, to play groups, to arts and crafts and even to special local experiences (recently, a Diwali inspired excursion). I like that it’s a smaller group of kids Laura looks after so it’s easy to get to know the other parents and their children who our son spends most of his days with. Super friendly, really relaxed and a great carer. Absolutely would highly recommend Laura’s services to anyone in need of childminding.

We really feel that we hit the jackpot with Laura and Fab! Our youngest son was in Laura’s care from just after his 1st birthday until he started school nursery at 3 and a half years. There were so many things to recommend.
We loved the fact our son was taken out and about almost every day and that he got to spend so much time outdoors and in nature. Trips to railways fields and other local nature areas and of course feeding the ducks at the park. He also enjoyed trips to the library and stay and plays as well as time at home doing craft activities, stories or playing in the lovely outside space.
Laura cooks fresh food every day and our son ate really well. The communication is also great and Laura sends lots of videos and photos so you can see what they’re getting up to that day.
Most of all though, Laura and Fab are such genuinely caring people and have a wonderful understanding and empathy for pre-school age children. It really did feel like leaving our son with family.
We’ll always be grateful to Laura and Fab for their nurture and care of our son and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Laura and Fab are so brilliant and what they do. They have become like extended family members and we still keep in touch after years of them watching our 2 little ones since they were each 1 years old until about school age. They are so loving and caring, treating the children like their own, providing a safe and fun environment, giving healthy food and snacks and teaching the children respect and other values. We honestly recommend them to anyone!

Laura and Fab are honestly some of the most caring people I have met. They genuinely love and care for all of their children in the setting and describe it as a family which is certainly how we felt, even after my son no longer attended, their care continued! They do lots of lovely things with the children, taking them to play groups, arts and crafts, games and toys and send lots of photos and videos of the day they have had. I cannot recommend Laura and Fab enough! We were offered a nursery place and I regret leaving Laura for the nursery as my son had much more attention with Laura and he was so so happy there. I think child minders are so important and offer that home setting for children which feels particularly important for younger children. I feel so lucky that we were able to send my son to them.

We were recommended Laura and Fab by a neighbour who had nothing but praise for them. Over the past nearly 2 years we can see exactly why. Laura and Fab have provided a safe, welcoming and caring environment for our daughter to grow and develop in so many ways. They take such care, it feels a real home from home. She loves the fresh cooked food and equally loves to get involved in making it. We can see from the regular updates that Laura and Fab provide plenty of opportunity for play inside and out plus lots of learning and the making of friends. We have been lucky to have found Laura and Fab. Our daughter loves going there (even asking to go at the weekend!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our daughter has been with Laura and Fab from 11 months (she’s just turned 2) and we could not have asked for better or more flexible childcare. Our daughter can’t wait to go to them every morning during the week, it truly is her home away from home and I can tell she has formed a special bond with them both. The children do so much every day - painting, visiting the local nature reserve, playgrounds, baking, water play in the garden in Summer. We couldn’t recommend Laura and Fab highly enough, plus they are always happy to be flexible if you are are early or late. So glad we found them

Laura and Fab are absolutely fantastic. They care very deeply about the kids in their care and make them a part of their family - and us parents, too! Our son went there from 10 months old until we moved away. He had a great time and misses them dearly now (and so do we!). Laura and Fab do fun activities with the kids, like dancing, reading, learning, going on excursions to the park and nearby railway fields (always a favourite) as well as gardening in the summer. They also teach kids helpful boundaries and how to share, so we were very happy with our son's progress under their care.

Laura and Fab looked after our son from just after his first birthday, until he started full-time at nursery at almost 3 years old. He still talks about his “Rara and Fab” all the time and it was a hard decision to shift from a combination of childminder and nursery to full time nursery as he loved it so much.
They have created a totally special environment for the little ones, a loving home where all of the kids are treated like their own. Our son absolutely thrived under their care - and ate very well! He made great friends with the other kids and enjoyed regular outings to the regular playgroups and local parks. When the weather was good, they made the most of the lovely backyard as well.
We had regular updates throughout the day and a detailed debrief at the end of the day. Laura would go out of her way to help us out and check in on us as well. We definitely felt like one of the family by the time we left.
I cannot recommend Laura and Fab enough - we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to childcare for our son.

Laura and Fab provide a fantastically wholesome, caring and fun environment for children to grow and develop. They prepare home-cooked food, creative arts and craft activities, the opportunity for dancing, learning, reading and outdoor activities. There is never a dull moment! We couldn’t wish for a better setting for our daughter and highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

We found Laura and Fab by luck when looking for a childminder for our oldest daughter, who is now 6. Her two brothers (4 and 1) have followed her there for their years of childcare before school nursery. We have been so happy to have found them, they really love the kids they look after, it feels like a very Italian family experience. The kids are out and about every day in playgroups and the park/mud kitchens and all sit down to eat together. It's flexible and personal and everything we hoped for in childcare.

Laura looked after our son from 7 months to four years old. We couldn’t recommend her child care highly enough. Our son absolutely loved his time with her and was looked after with the highest level of care. Laura has a brilliant understanding of young children and provides them with a wonderful home like environment for them to play, learn and socialise with other children. Laura was brilliant at communicating with us about how are son was throughout his time with her providing us with many pictures and updates. Highly recommended!

We felt incredibly lucky to have found Laura!
Both of my children stayed with her, and from day one, they were welcomed with warmth and genuine affection (My kids still ask to go and visit her). Her home is a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where my kids not only felt secure but truly thrived. I was totally at peace and relaxed when leaving them with her as I knew they were in safe hands.
Every day was filled typically in the morning with adventures outdoor (wheather permitting) either to the Railway Fields or to Finsbury park and the afternoon with some creative activities, dancing, reading or simply playing with the other kids.
Not to forget the food... she cooks it from scratch and both my kids loved it! She kept us updated with videos and by chatting at the end of the day, which really helped, especially at the beginning.
We’re so grateful for the love and care she gave our children! I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a childminder who goes above and beyond.

My son was 2 when he started going to Laura and Fab and I couldn't be more happy of my choice! Laura and Fab are now looking after my twin daughters (they started going at 10 month old) and it is amazing to see them grow in such a loving environment. They go to the park, to playgroup or would have art and craft activities at home. They are never bored!
I could never thank Laura and Fab enough for taking so good care of my kids ❤️

Laura and Fab looked after my little boy from 1 year until he started school and I could not have asked for a friendlier, more caring setup. She looked after him like he was her own and I always felt confident he was happy and safe. Laura didn’t have a sick day in the whole time I was with her and was always available for last min childcare emergencies. Highly recommend!
