About Us

Mission Statement

We are a caring community, where everyone is valued and respected. Surrounded by God’s love every day, we learn, play, pray and grow together so that we become the best that we can be.

The Aims of our school

 To provide a caring, environment aiming for high social and academic standards promoted by good adult example.

 To teach the children the fundamentals of Christianity, so they can adopt Christian attitudes and grow in the Christian faith, which will enable them to make a purposeful and social contribution to society and help them respect other cultures and beliefs.

 To provide a varied and stimulating environment, catering for all ages and abilities, so encouraging every child to work to his/her full potential in every aspect of the curriculum (including extra curricular activities). This will lead to developing a feeling of esteem and confidence in every child.

 To provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and new entrants and encourage parents to participate and share in the responsibility for their child’s education.

 To give our children an appreciation of their local environment and of how to live peaceably alongside others in the community as well as developing and maintaining close links with community groups.

Our Childcare Provision

We cater for children aged between 3 and 11. 3 year olds attend nursery provision on a part time basis, moving to full time at the start of the term following their 4th birthday. We have free breakfast club every day, commencing at 8.20 am. School starts at 9.00 am and finishes at 3.15 pm. We also host a parent and toddler group once a week on Tuesday mornings (9.30 - 11.00 am).
