If you are a silver member then any member (including free members) can message and call you. This ensures that any member who wishes to contact you can do so, even before you have contacted them.

Parent silver members can request to securely view provider documents & certificates as part of their recruitment process. Childcare provider silver members can securely share their documents with parents who they choose to invite to view them.

Silver members have their profiles highlighted in the search results and can choose a custom profile headline. This means silver member profiles are more than three times as likely to be viewed compared to free members.

Longer profile screen names

Silver members can choose a screen name of up to 20 characters displayed on their profile whereas free members get a much shorter screen name.
