About Me
I am 35 years old and single parent to a 8 year old boy who usually come to work with me on the days that he is not with his Dad as he is home educated. My son has been at work with me since he was 6 months so he is very easy going and absolutely adores being around other children.
My Experience
I have over 11 years experience as a nanny working sole charge with experience with 3 children (plus my son) at the same time.
Before this I also worked in a nursery as a pre school room leader and did my NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification whilst I was there. Being room leader I had to be very organised and manage a small group of other staff within the room. I had to ensure all paperwork was completed and all children were getting the most out of their time at nursery.
I did begin training to become a children's nurse as that is what I originally wanted to do until circumstances changed and I had to leave after 18 months. I did a lot of placement work at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
