About Me
Hi my name is claire and i have two lovely girls aged 12 & 16.
I am offering adhoc childcare/emergency cover, daytimes, evenings and weekends.
If you just need the occasional help or a regular set day without having to employ someone. I will alway come and meet you first so I can meet you all and we can discuss your requirements and children’s needs. Also so you have time to check my references before you actually need me and then you will just be able to book me and you know all the checks are done.
I have had over 20 years of childcare experience and can attend to every childcare need and also helping around the house.
I am paediatric first aid trained, with Eli-pen training. I am able to cook and be aware of allergies and intolerances.
I have experience with Autism, ADHD and other special needs.
I have my own transport and insurance is fully covered to carry children for business purposes.
I have been a qualified NNEB since 1997 and have had lots of different childcare experience with different ages groups in many different childcare settings.
I enjoy getting out and about, cooking, craft activities and spending time with my family and friends.
My Experience
I have had positions in school, day nurseries and as a nanny.
In my spare time about 6/7 years ago I qualified as a driving instructor! So as you can imagine I have a lot of patients!
I have also worked with many families as a nanny whether it be wrap around care before and after school, full time etc.
I feel I am an easy going person who is flexible and will become part of your family.
I am also happy to help with house work and errands to help make you life a little easier.
