My Summary

My Experience

I have vast experience working with young children; in a teaching environment and also in a childcare position.

I have previously worked for five families; my first being a nanny and housekeeper role for three triplet boys aged 9 - duties would include school runs, trips out, food shopping, organizing and cooking meals, cleaning duties and anything else that was required by the family.

My second job in childcare was for a family with a new born baby; I looked after him from 3 months old for 6 months once a week. Duties would mainly include; feeds, general care for the child (bathing etc) and putting to bed in the evening.

My third family was 2 young boys - aged 2 and 5, this included light housework such as making lunch and dinner and assisting in the play and learning throughout the day at the family home. I have also nannied for a family of 3 girls, one of which had severe additional health needs and was in a chair.

In the past I have worked for Haven as an Entertainer and out in Greece for Tui - this involved performing every night in the shows but also working with children 24/7 so believe I have vast and varied experience working with children.

I have worked as Assistant Manager at Manor Farm Holiday Care, and continue to work there now as bank support staff, where I help look after the children whilst enjoying the fun farm experience with arts and crafts and small animal handling.

My dance teaching experience with all different age groups has also contibuted to my experience and knowledge of working with children in a fun but professional way. I run my own dance company/school in Gloucestershire.

I am also the Dance/Sports Coach in Primary School and work in various other educational environments. I’ve worked bank for a social care agency working in a residential home for children and young adults - both with mental health and SEN additional needs.

Currently looking for a position to fit in alongside my dance teaching and performance work (which is in the evenings and at the weekends).

My Availability

Availability dependant on each month. But I’m general I’m free daytimes Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend free.

Can arrange childcare work around my current work.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Minimum starting fee of £15/hour
Potentially excluding mileage costs dependant on location.
