I live with my husband and my two girls who are 16 and 18. We live between Oakwood station and Enfield chase, have access to local parks. We also have a pet dog called Kyra. I’m organized and love having a calm, relaxed, fun home. I’m energetic, enjoy the outdoors and love working with children.
I have worked in state schools and private nurseries for over 20+ years. I care for children mainly from 3 months - 3 years old, providing them with the foundation and skills to develop, achieving their full potential in all 7 areas of learning. Firstly developing their commination, language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development. As the children grow helping them develop skills in literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design.
By only having no more than 3 children in my home I am able to provide a calm, positive, happy and healthy environment for children to feel relaxed and loved with a homely experience.

I have over 20+years experience working with children in primary and nursery. I have 12 years experience in my last job working in a primary school nursery. I have lots of knowledge and understanding of early years, learning through play. I am a ofsted registered childminder.

Alev is providing a great service. My daughter stays with Alev from 13 months. Alev has a lot development toys and provide different types of activities. I have a little review every day. Now my daughter can speak and she had been told that she is Happy stay with Alev. She is always visiting Alev with enthusiasm. Alev is very helpful and flexible. She has a very nice and clean house.

Alev is absolutely amazing and we're so grateful to have her in our lives. I honestly don't know what I'd do without her! It can be rather daunting wondering whether you can trust someone else to look after your baby... However, once I met Alev, I knew straight away and my instinct told me that I could fully trust her.
Alev has always been inquisitive about our family needs, my son's development and really interested in knowing as much as possible about him. My son is currently 18 months old but we first found her when he was about 10 months old - we were unsure whether it was too early for him to get a childminder at the time. Yet, we all felt at such ease with her and we ended up starting immediately.
Alev always sends us updates about our son throughout the day, and like I said she's really interested in his development and teaches him a lot of vital skills. It's really enabled our son to progress in many areas which is impressive considering he's only there once a week. She's very flexible in terms of meeting our needs and always asks us how our son’s doing on arrival. She always asks whether she can do anything else in order to support and help us. I really feel as though Alev is a part of our family and I just really do not know what we'd do without her.
Our family use British Sign Language to communicate and our son has picked up lots of signs too and Alev is always really curious about what signs he's learnt so that she can also sign them to him. She's just so invested and interested in our son and it's lovely to see. Our son is always so excited to go and see Alev and I wish that we could increase the amount of days that he's with her. I will ensure that our son continues with Alev up until primary school, hopefully even longer! I promise that you won't regret sending your child to Alev's childcare!

When I was looking for a Childminder for my son it took ages to find someone he was comfortable with. The moment we entered Alev's home my son started playing and after a few minutes talking to Alev, which never happened before.
Alev listened to our family's situation. I was in an impossible situation. Alev contacted other parents and rearranged her schedule just to accommodate my son.
Alev went an extra mile to make my son feel at home away from his home... and was very supportive and understanding of our family's difficult situation. I felt like I can entrust Alev with some very painful details.
Alev created a loving, calm and caring environment for little ones under her care. My son felt more like going to stay with his aunt rather than staying with a Childminder. Alev's home is beautiful and very clean. She always had healthy fruit and snacks available if I didn't put enough food in my son's lunchbox. My son learnt how to put his shoes and coat on. He learnt to recognise and sound letters out, not to mention adding 2 digit and 1 digit numbers together... all the things I sometimes don't have enough time to teach as a single working full-time mum with additional difficulties.
I couldn't ask for a better childminder for my youngest child and I've met a lot of nannies, babysitters, childminders throughout my life as I have 3 kids (2 of them are teenagers now). My son is still asking to see Alev even though he started going to the Primary school now. We're planning to keep in touch with Alev in upcoming many years.
