My name is Francesca and I am a qualified primary teacher with 15 years child care experience- I am energetic and motivated, with a passion for working with children of all ages. In my spare time I enjoy being active and cooking and love going on walks, I’m also a big fan of fitness and mindfulness - if I have time I love reading .
My Experience
I have a great deal of experience in a range of settings .
Most recently teaching 5-11 year olds in primary school for the past 8 years and also teaching forest school . Before this I worked in nurseries with babies, toddlers and children ages 0-4.
I have continued to do babysitting and private tuition.

We are so pleased that we found Frankie after searching for a babysitter for a long time. She is really expierenced and professional as well as lovely and great with children. She came to our house before sitting to meet with us and the children so I could be sure our 3 year old and 9 month old would be happy with her. Our 3 year old can be quite tricky, especially when it comes to sleep, but she handled her brilliantly and Evie is excited for her to come again. We also had friends staying and Frankie kindly agreed to sit for the extra children too. She has a great rapport with children and is highly competent due to her vast experience in a variety of childcare settings. This was the first time we had used a babysitter that wasn't a family member and she made us feel right at ease. We will definitely be using Frankie on a regular basis!

This was my first time using a baby sitter and Frankie was brilliant. She's really easy to chat to and got on great with my 8 month old son. Nothing was too much trouble. We use reusable nappies and Frankie wasn't phased at all. Definitely recommend Frankie, thank you so much for helping us!

Frankie babysat my youngest (just turned 1) and was everything you would want in a babysitter. She came round to meet the boys and was warm, friendly and interested in us. This was the first time I have used a babysitter I didn’t know but I would definitely ask Frankie to babysit again. She managed to get my baby to nap which I often find tricky and he seemed so happy and relaxed with Frankie when I came home. Asked all the right questions so obviously knew what was involved in childcare, I felt confident that my baby would be safe and happy with her. Thank you so much.

Frankie has been amazing babysitting our lil boy. She's kind, funny, reliable and has been super flexible working around us. From day 1 she did everything to make us and him feel comfortable and we've felt comfortable leaving him with her. We have a great rapport with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable babysitter. She's a star!

Frankie was awesome. She quickly adapted to our crazy family routine and stresses during lockdown and was able to get both of our kids to make steps forward in their school work. She worked closely with us to create learning plans and material for every lesson that was targetted to the various areas each child needed. We really liked that she could be firm or patient as needed. Frankie will be a valuable addition to any family situation.
