Hello!
My name is Lydia Hayward and I am 22 year old full-time PA/Nanny. I graduated from university in 2023 (Biological Sciences (BSc) First Class Honors), but I have always had a passion for childcare.
As I currently work full-time, I am only looking for ad-hoc work. I do a lot of overnight stays and I have experience travelling abroad with families.
I hold a full UK driving licence and drive my own car so I am able to travel if necessary. I am also a non-smoker and I am completely comfortable with all pets. Please message if you would like to further discuss what you are looking for.
My Experience
I have 8 years of childcare experience which extends to children with additional needs (I.e. Autism, ADHD, and Downs Syndrome). I also worked at a nursery/primary school for 3 years where I cared for children from 6 months to 11 years old. I am kind, friendly, and always enthusiastic to help no matter the circumstances.
My Qualifications
First Class Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences (BSc).
Two additional childcare certifications from the open university (Understanding Children: Babies Being Heard and Supporting Children’s Development).

My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £22.00 per hour (gross)
My basic rate for babysitting is £18/hr but I also charge an additional £1 for every mile of travel.
For nannying, my hourly rate is £22.
Overnight stays are priced accordingly.
