About Me
Hello, my name is Kalea Davis I am a 21 year old Level 3 Teaching Assistant at a special educational school in Coventry.
I currently work with 4-5 year old kids so it is mostly play based getting understanding of what play is, what emotions are, making friends and interaction with others. I enjoy every moment with them as everyday is something new and there’s always small goals they reach daily that bring a smile to my face.
My Experience
In the past I’ve babysat my younger three siblings with the responsibilities of; cooking for them, cleaning up, help with homework, getting them to bed on time, playing and interacting with them; and I would also tend to any injuries that may have occurred. I have had a full time role of a Teaching Assistant at a SEN school for two years now and I’ve gained different skills and knowledge of children of different ages and their needs. Examples may be; teaching the children how to use the toilet facilities, showing them how to eat if not feed them if needed, different ways to play with one another. All of these are some of them amazing things I get to teach on a daily basis and I enjoy every second of it.
My Qualifications
Currently I have GCSE math grade level 4,
And a passing grade in Level 2 English.
My Availability
I work from Monday to Friday and my hours of work are;
Monday-Wednesday 8:40am-4:40pm
Thursday 8:40am-4:20pm
Friday 8:40am-4:40pm
