About Me
I am 22 from Beckenham, my passion is working with children, I have a soon to be one year old daughter of my own who loves to interact, explore and absolutely loves her food! I love the outdoors I take my daughter to the park, farm, seasides and many more adventurous places, so your children will always have fun and explore different places whilst under my care. I have grown up around childcare careers in my family as many people that I am close to are in the same sector. It’s always been my dream to support and manifest into families to give them the help that they need.
My Experience
I have 3 years experience being a nanny with families to look after their children. I have experience with all ages from as young as 3 months to age 13. I always ensure that the children under my care receive the best most fun time that they will have. I include all 7 areas of development in my activities and always ensure that the children learn in many different ways such as messy play, problem solving, outdoors/nature and many more exciting things! I love to make learning fun! I have experience working 1:1 with special educational needs and giving them the same learning opportunities. I hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate so I will always ensure that your children eat healthy meals and always have a healthy choice. ( my certificates will be shown to the family to whom I shall work with).

Leah approached us as we were looking for childcare support for our 10 mo daughter. Throughout the interview process, Leah came across as someone who loves children and would go out of the way to help families. She provided all documents promptly. We could see how lovely she was with her own daughter who is same old as ours, a potential friend we would have loved to have! Sadly things didn't work out for us, but I would highly recommend Leah. She is a genuinely kind, empathetic and passionate about child care and learning more from different people she works with.
