Hi there, how are you? My name is Amrit. I am a mother to a beautiful two year old. I am deeply committed to supporting families and providing children with the greatest possible start in life.
Here is a brief background on me: I have always enjoyed working with families and supporting them on their journey into parenthood. To be able to contribute to the happiness and safety of young people is a passion of mine. In the future, I’d like to pursue a career in fostering, so I strongly feel babysitting is a good base for me.
I cherish the moments where I can truly help families support a child's growth and become an integral part of their development. As a mother myself, I understand that it's so important to provide a playful, healthy, fun, active, happy, and healthy environment for all children.

My Experience
For more than five years, I have worked with children, teenagers, and the vulnerable. I earned a Level 3 Award in Education and training before taking maternity leave while working as an unqualified teacher teaching BTEC courses. I have also worked as a residential support worker in a specialised college in Harborne ( Queen Alexandra College). I spent more than two years working here.
I completed my work placement in a nursery for one year where I could acquire experience with infants and toddlers while I was in college studying Health and Social Care.
I could do local school pick ups, please note I do not drive and so I use public transport.

Amrit is a lovely lady, very calm and caring. She was very helpful when we needed last minute childcare for my daughter. My LO loves playing with her little girl and always talks about Amrit and her daughter saying she wants to play with her again.

I have used Amrit as a babysitter for just over a year now, she has helped my teenage son academically by supporting him and encouraging to complete homework and prepare him for school exams. She has also managed to keep my 3 year old entertained with games, singing and dancing. Not to forget, Amrit has always been there for emergency babysitting which is a huge bonus due to my work commitments. A loving and welcoming young lady.

Amrit offered babysitting services for my one year old which I needed as a mother has some days I work from home and other days in the office. Amrit is such a soft hearted and has a warm and welcoming personality, she has helped me a lot with my child and always has different activities to keep her busy. I am extremely grateful that my daughter and I have met Amrit. I will continue to use her as our family babysitter. Thank you again Amrit, you have been amazing.

Amrit support me and my daughter when she was newborn. She helped with household duties and played with my daughter; she has excellent ideas for sensory play. Amrit is very friendly and professional, she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly. Good communication skills and she's always happy.

I have Amrit for my 8months old baby boy. She is so patience and gentle with baby and very calm personality which way my son used to with her within a week. I recommend her for everyone who needs a reliable person to look after their babies.
