My Name is Amy, I am 21years old. I live in a village near Diss, I am currently doing my Driving lessons however I can easily get to you. I currently work as a Self Employed Nanny/Babysitter. I have also had experience working in a Nursery which gave me experience with working with lots of different ages of children. I love to watch a child learn and grow and develop into the sweetheart that they are. When I was younger I always wanted to work with children. And to become a nanny. In the future My dream job is to be a Childminder or a Midwife something exciting and challenging at the same time. People would describe me as Fun, looking out for others with a big heart. I am currently doing my driving lessons but I can easily get to you. I would love to do babysitting on the side of working as I would love to gain more experience and to meet new people. I am such a people’s person and I do love meeting new people. I work alongside parents so I have experience talking to people and updating them on their child’s progress.
My Experience
I have lots of Experience working with children.I have worked with children aged 5 months to 9 years. I used to work in a primary school working with children aged 4-6 years and complex needs. I am currently working as a Nanny and I used to work in a Montessori Nursery just outside Diss (Stuston) which I work with children aged 5 months to 5 years. I also have younger cousins that I take care of and I used to help them a lot when they were younger, however they are currently 9years and 11 now. I have also done local babysitting for my village and helping family and friends Out.
My Qualifications
I have my Level 2 Early year’s Diploma and I am currently working towards my Level 3 Early Educator Diploma which I’m very close to finishing. I am DBS checked and Paediatric First aid trained. I have regular training in different aspects of childcare, such as safeguarding and Data Protection. As of me working in A Montessori Nursery I am also trained in the basic of Montessori training but I have attended different areas of the Montessori Training which was held at work.
My Availability
My Current Availability is Tuesday/ Fridays in Mornings/from January 2024 and Any evenings
I work Mon Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and I do do evenings and weekends but at weekend rate but as I am Self Employed I can change my hours/ days to fit around my clients to suit their needs.
