About Me
Hello, I'm Sophie, a proud childminder and mum of 2 children. My career started as a support worker, supporting children with SEND, both in the community and at school and it is here that I found my passion for childcare. I then worked as a teaching assistant before going on to have my own children and becoming a childminder assistant, working alongside my mum (childminder) and sister (childminder assistant).
I feel so privileged to be able to build relationships with the little people in my care as well as the lovely families I get to meet along the way.
My Experience
I have experience working with children with SEND, supporting them both in the community and at school. I have also worked supporting children in a mainstream school. Since 2018 I have worked as a childminder assistant.
