Hello!
My name is Kayleigh, and I am a 36 year old Scottish nanny available for occasional babysitting. I have two lovely dogs and live in Glasgow Southside. I have worked full-time as a nanny for fourteen years, and part-time for three years prior to that.
My Experience
I love ALL ages and stages - and have experiences with children from newborn twins to teenagers! I have had a few short term positions, helping out during holidays or when family members are ill, particularly at the start of my career whilst I was studying for my degree in English Literature, but importantly I have also had long term positions with references so my consistency and reliability can be confirmed. I realised relatively early on that I did not want to pursue a graduate career, as I had enjoyed my part-time nanny positions so much! I am still in touch with my four long term families, and can provide references from them. The first was for a 2 year old boy until he was 5, the second for newborn twins until they were 2, and the third for two girls aged 8 and 12 until the youngest was 13. My last post (with a now 11 year old boy) recently came to a natural end after four and a half years; and while I was very sad to go, I was so proud that their son was ready to navigate school journeys and homework after school without help, whilst continuing to be the thoughtful, kind, and funny young man he is.
Currently, I nanny share for three families with children ranging from two to ten years old.
My Qualifications
I have an honours degree in English Literature, but I have no childcare qualifications.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
My rate of pay is £17/hour net and is non-negotiable. Overnights are a flat fee of £100 from 10pm-6am.
