My Summary
About Me
I would consider myself an eager and well presented individual, people of my friendship group and family would consider me reliable, trustworthy, and well mannered. When coming into any work place I set my goals to fulfil any and all tasks set by my employer, I have a lot of experience with working with children and young adults and have a great deal of knowledge about how to attend to children's need and development due to my previous experiences in the childcare and education system.
This is one of the many reasons I believe I should get this job as my past work experience would make me a valuable and important part of your team.
I would like to work in education/childcare because it has always been something that sparks my interest and an interest I have always been able to fulfil. Mainly because I have enjoyed school and learning and I think children should be able to experience education confidently, comfortably and their individual developmental needs should be cared for greatly and met accordingly . This led to me wanting to support, teach and make a difference in children’s lives.
I also feel that this role would be very ideal for me as I am currently a student who has previously passed a level 1 childcare course with knowledge of child development and disabilities and first aid.
I am also qualified In level 2 in supporting teaching and learning. I feel I have the capability and knowledge to be an ideal and reliable member to your team.
I am currently doing an apprenticeship in childcare level 3 at a nursery but I am looking to relocate before I finish the course due to my close family and partner being from Derby. I feel that my efforts and skills would be more valued and developed working within this role as currently as an apprentice I have supported multiple children with SENCO needs and have knowledge on how to support their needs and development accordingly.
Working in a nursery currently has helped me a lot with personal development, working as a team all day long and supporting each other individually as staff is one of the biggest things I have learnt and value greatly.
