My Summary

My Experience

My experience is predominantly in the health service and in early years education.
I have a wide range of experience of working with children aged 0 to 16 years in a variety of settings.

I completed 6 years training and have 8 years experience in the early years field.
I have experience of working with children in a private day care setting where I worked for a brief time with children age 0 to 1year.
I have completed shifts as bank staff on a ward in a maternity hospital where I provided basic support to mothers of newborn babies, and to the nursing staff on the ward.

I worked with 3 to 6 year olds in an educational setting whilst on placement in a nursery school and in a primary school.
I worked for 6 years in a paid capacity in a playgroup setting where the NI PreSchool Education Curriculum was implemented.
I completed shifts over a period of 6 months in a hospital setting providing basic care to children/families, and support to the nursing team looking after them whilst they were inpatients on the ward.

I recently worked directly with adults and young people who have acquired communication impairment, and difficulties with eating, drinking and swallowing. I implemented individual Speech and Language therapy/treatment programs which were devised by therapists as part of rehabilitation programs.

BA (HONS) Early Childhood Studies 2:1

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education AAA

My Availability

Available evenings and weekends for the most part at clients own home.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.50 per hour

Rate may vary depending on individual case. Variable rate depending on e.g. number of children, types of duties/activities offered, and overnight rate. Rates will be discussed and agreed during initial consultation.
