Iv worked in care for 4 years now ranging from young to old. I have worked with individuals with learning difficulties and complex care needs and have a vast amount of training related to the care world. I have looked after those with severe complex needs independently and to a high standard.
My Experience
I have worked with vulnerable young adults, with learning difficulties in which had a child like mindset supporting them to live their lives to the fullest. I have transferrable skills to work with children who may have disabilities or not. I have also worked with non- verbal individuals and understand the importance of communication when surrounded by new people.
My Qualifications
I have level 2/3 in heath and social care. I have a lot of training involved from doing care for 4 years and happy to send across certificates etc if required.
