My name is Delphine, I am a motivated, bilingual (French) and detail oriented individual. I have several years of experience in working with vulnerable adults and also children including those with special needs, in providing high-quality physical and emotional care and assistance. It would be a privilege and fulfilling experience to take care of your children for the next year.
I am comfortable in caring for infants through to primary school age children.
My Experience
My main experience was caring for a 3 year old boy with SEN every weekend for ove 2 years. My main duties included:
• Prepared and served daily meals, maintained household and child's room clean. and developed and
• Changing nappy and help in maintaining a potty training schedule.
• Played with him and helped with homework including phonetics and identifying letters, colours and shapes & the beginning stages of writing.
• Communicated with parents to ensure that their needs were met.
• Coordinated various activities and outing including going to the park, light installations and museums
• Performed multiple other duties as required by parents.
Lastly, I also have experience in tutoring at a secondary level in both Mathematics and French.
This experience has helped me develop multiple skills that I know will help me in my new role.
