We feel incredibly lucky to have found Charley. She looked after our little one from the age of 1 to almost 3, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring, nurturing environment.

Charley provided such a wonderful variety of experiences every week, from trips to parks, playgroups and soft play centres to visits to garden centres and meet-ups with other childminders and their children for crafts and play. It was lovely knowing our little one was getting out and about every day, making friends, learning new things and having so much fun.

What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention she gave each child. She was always very in tune with our child's feelings and needs and took the time to help him feel happy, confident and secure. We also loved receiving her daily updates, which gave us a real insight into all the exciting activities they had been enjoying.

Communication was excellent throughout. Charley was always approachable, responsive on WhatsApp, and kept us well informed about everything.

We are so grateful for the care she provided and only wish we could have stayed with her longer. We would not hesitate to recommend Charley to any family looking for a caring, reliable and dedicated childminder.
