Dorothy was such a reliable, trustworthy and caring maternity nurse than we hired her for 6 weeks, but she ended up staying for 6 months! We just couldn't let her go.
Her cleanliness & hygiene is next to none, and her knowledge of newborns and babies (& all their developmental needs) is amazing. We would often walk around the house & hear her chatting away to our baby, telling him stories and just general topics of conversations. She was so caring and gentle with him.
She was such a light in our life during the tricky transition into parenthood, always making sure we were okay emotionally, not just physically.
We are seriously going to miss her walking through that front door at the start of each week, ready to get stuck in with our boy. Anyone would be lucky to have her!
