About Me
I am 38 years old and I’m a mum of 2 children aged 14 and 9.
I live with my partner John and our children in Alveley between Bridgnorth and kiddiminster,
I enjoy having family time, Walks, swimming and simply enjoy watching my children grow, change, learn and gain new interests.
I have always had a passion for working with children, helping them to grow, learn and develop to the best of their ability,
I have my level 3 childcare qualification and always keep my knowledge or any other relevant courses upto date, I feel that I always have a good relationship with parents as well as a good bond with the children.
I offer homely childcare for children to feel safe & secure & happy, children learn and develop through play at their own pace with a very small amount of children so they all get as much of y attention as possible, we do some themed activities such Christmas activities, we do go out to places such as playgroup, park, walking, soft play or farms which can also give children the opportunity to mix with a larger group of children.
My Experience
I have worked within child care environments on and off over about 18 years, ages 0 - 16 years, in nurseries, in childminding settings, schools and children's soft play areas.
I have also had experience with childminding fostered and adopted children.
I am happy to provide references on request.
My Qualifications
I have got my level 3 in childcare along with holding a safeguarding certificate, food hygiene, first aid and range of other small courses I have been on to gain extra knowledge.

Our son has been with Sarah for 9 months now and she is fantastic, he loves spending time with her and the other children. Sarah arranges so many different activities to allow the children to learn different things, including themed days. It’s always a lovely surprise hearing new songs he has learned in the day and singing them at home. She seems to have an abundance of toys and crafts as they seem to interact with so many different things every day! Our son has learnt so many things through spending time with Sarah, it’s amazing how much he’s developed. They also do many activities outside so you never worry whether they’ve had enough fresh air. Sarah uses an online platform to log their activities, along with telling us daily what they have eaten and how much, along with how long he has napped for and nappy/toilet activity. It’s great to have such an insight into his day. Overall we are so happy with the care that Sarah provides and would highly recommend as she provides fun, engaging, safe environment.
