I have a Diploma in Childcare, including a six-month nursery placement, giving me a strong foundation in child development, developmental milestones, attachment, behaviour and age-appropriate play.
During my 15 years as a nanny, I have extensive experience caring for:

CURRENT ROLE - TWIN BOYS

I am currently caring for two cheeky boys who have just started full-time nursery. They are nearly 4 years old, and I have been caring for them since they were 14 months old.

It has been such a wonderful journey, filled with adventures, laughter, cheeky moments and, of course, the occasional challenging day!

Most importantly, I have had the privilege of watching two little boys grow into happy, confident children, each with their own unique personalities.

I also spent 4 wonderful years caring for another twin boys from 17 months old, alongside their 4-year-old sibling. We had so much fun together, with funny adventures, cheeky moments and many important milestones along the way.

Working with parent(s)
Whether working alongside you as a team or caring for your child in sole charge, I provide attentive, reliable and nurturing care.

Daily Care: (nursery duties only) preparing bottles, sterilising, managing weaning, batch cooking and freezing. nappy changes, . dressing, healthy meal preparation, establishing routines, assisting in transitions, encouraging self feeding, tidy and self hygiene.

Medication: I administer prescribed medicine only with explicit parental consent and logs.
Managing schedules, including the transition from two naps to one. Developing gross and fine motor skills.

clear communication with parent(s) At the end of my shift, I provide a brief summary of our day together, along with photo of your child's day with nanny Rose.

LEARNING THROUGH PLAY

I believe play is one of the best ways babies/ children learn. I plan activities around each child's age, interests and stage of development, including:

Every interaction with objects for babies, Tummy time, Social connection: Smiling, music, sounds, talking, high-contrast cards, singing and attending baby stay and play groups, and library rhyme time etc.

Arts and crafts • Painting • Playdough • treasure hunts • supermarket trips • handling money•Puzzles • Construction • Role play • Reading • Singing • Dancing • Cooking • Outdoor play

I also encourage independent play, giving children opportunities to explore, concentrate, problem-solve and use their imagination.

Adventures & Socialising
I love getting children out into the community and giving them real experiences.
Our days might include:
Playgrounds • Parks • Playdates • Stay-and-plays • Libraries • Rhyme time • Soft play • Museums • Farms & animal parks • Long walks • Outdoor adventures

During my current role, the twins have made more than 10 friendships with children their age through our regular local activities — so many that our group of pushchairs was called “nursery on wheels" by locals.

Routine & Structure
I believe strongly in the importance of routine, structure and consistency. A predictable daily routine helps children feel reassured and confident because they know what to expect on a daily basis.

MY APPROACH
I am a firm, loving, calm, patient and professional nanny, dedicated to helping children build confidence and independence through every stage of their growth and development.

Following EYFS principles, I focus on supporting early learning, tracking developmental milestones, and helping children grow into resilient, independent individuals.

Supporting difficult moments
Children have good days and difficult days, and I understand that tantrums, stubbornness, shyness and big emotions are all part of growing and learning to express their feelings.

A strong nanny and parent partnership is very important to me. Working together and being on the same page helps your child understand their emotions, learn appropriate boundaries and feel supported while they work through them.

There is nothing unusual about children having difficult days, and with consistency between home and nanny, we can help your child feel secure, confident and better able to express themselves helping reduce frustration and support calmer, happier days.

During your child's difficult or sad moments, I respond with compassion, patience and empathy, while offering clear, age-appropriate boundaries when needed.

I believe children need to feel safe, loved and heard, while also learning respect, responsibility and appropriate behaviour.

My Fees

• Nannying from £22.00 per hour (net)

NANNY ROSE - RATES & BOOKING POLICY

WEEKDAY NANNY RATES
Single child: £20 per hour per net
Twins & multiples: £24 per hour per ner

NANNY SHARE.
Nanny share: £32 per hour for 2 families, net
maximum 4 children. For discussion.

BABYSITTING RATES
Friday evening:
1-2 children: £22 per hour
3+ children: £25 per hour
Minimum booking: 4 hours.

WEEKEND BABYSITTING
Saturday babysitting daytime:
1 child: £25 per hour
Twins: £28 per hour
3+ children: £32 per hour
Minimum booking: 4 hours.

SATURDAY OVERNIGHT STAY
7:00pm - 7:00am
Children aged 1+: £25 per hour
12-hour overnight: £300

For late-night bookings, the family must provide or cover the cost of an Uber home.

BANK HOLIDAYS
Daytime: £22 per hour
Night-time: £25 per hour
Minimum booking: 4 hours.

NEW YEAR'S EVE
7:00pm - 7:00am
£720 flat rate

CANCELLATION POLICY
Friday & Saturday bookings:
24-48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations with less notice will be charged at 50% of the total booking fee, including overnight bookings.

Bank Holidays & New Year's Eve:
Last-minute cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total booking fee.
