About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I am a member of Pacey(Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years). I am fully insured for care as a childminder. I live in Hugglescote with my Husband and four children. I have full time and part time spaces available and provide before and after school care, with drop offs/pick ups from Hugglescote Primary School.
I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and I have experience of this from my work as a Nursery Nurse. The children are able to take part in a range of activities daily, trying out new fun things to do or revisiting old favourites that they love. Children are involved in deciding the activities that they do, so that they are happy, involved and having fun.
We have trips out to the park, toddlers, library and soft play areas.
I aim to provide a warm, friendly, welcoming environment for the children in my care, with fun, stimulating, enjoyable activities taking place each day.
My Experience
I previously worked in a local primary school for 20 years, as a Nursery Nurse in a reception class. This means that I am very able and knowledgeable in getting your child 'school ready'.
My own children are 20, 18, 16 and 14.

BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing
Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
NSPCC Safeguarding Course
My Availability
I will be available from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, I can be flexible with these times if needed.
