My Experience

I have over 19 years of professional childcare experience, working with children from 6 months through to teenagers in a variety of settings.

I began my childcare career working in a day nursery, where I spent seven years progressing to Baby Unit Supervisor. This gave me extensive experience in caring for babies and young children, including supporting routines, sleep, weaning, development and planning age-appropriate activities.

I then moved into a long-term sole-charge nanny position, caring for children from a young age through to 11 and 13 years old. My responsibilities included school and nursery runs, preparing meals, organising activities and days out, homework support, children’s laundry and keeping their areas organised, as well as providing full care during school holidays.

Most recently, I have been running my own childminding setting, caring for young children and managing all aspects of their daily care, routines, activities and development. I have done lots of training in the past 18months so am up to date will all relevant requirements.
I also hold a up to date DBS on the update service.

Throughout my career I have gained experience with different ages, stages and family routines. I am confident caring for multiple children, planning engaging activities and outings, and providing a safe, nurturing and happy environment.

I’m now looking to return to nannying and would love to find a family where I can become a trusted and reliable part of their children’s lives.

I am available 3 days a week. Ideally

• Nannying from £21.00 per hour (net)
