My Experience
I have worked in a nursery for 7 years. I worked my way up from a MA to a Team Leader. I have worked with children aged 6weeks up to 5 years. I have lots of family which i have babysat for aged between 6 and 12 years old. I'm very experienced in providing activities to simulate and help develop children. I worked along side the EYFS. I have for 3 months worked as a nanny where my duties included sole care of the child, providing fun and stimulating activities, helping development, days out, cleaning and basic cooking. I was a mothers help for 6 months, helping mum to bath the children, feed and play with them. I was a nanny with my last family for 9 months and my main responsibility is looking after and caring for the child, taking her out and providing fun activities :) I then left to have my own child. I then went back into a nursery for 2 years, I was a room leader and third in charge, before leaving to have my second child.
I then went in to a nursery setting as a provision leader for just over 2 years.
I’m currently a teaching assistant in Windsor.
My Qualifications
I studied at langley college and did my NVQ level1 in childcare i then joined a nursery and went on to do my NVQ level 2 and 3 in childcare at chitern training limited. I did one day at chiltern and 4 days at nursery. I've been qualified since 2009.
