About Me
My name is Denise and I am an Ofsted registered child minder offering the new government free funded 15 and 30hrs childcare .
I live in a detached house in Ayton Village, Washington. My garage has been converted into a full play room with toilet access soley for use of my children in the Early Years Foundation Stages. I do pick up and drop off collections from Holley Park Academy.
There are secured playing areas to both the side and rear of the house.
An Ofsted inspection carried out in June 2019 rated my overall provision as Good
My Experience
I have been a child minder for 18 years . I got into child minding as a result of having 3 children of my own and enjoying being at home.
I have worked with children of all ages and abilities ranging from babies to 10 year olds. I am involved with a child minding network group operating from our own premises.
We regularly take the children on outings, such as:-

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars to this fantastic woman! Denise has gone above and beyond to cater for our childcare needs, from short notice childcare due to a family funeral to picking my son up due to it raining! My little boy walks into her home without a look back, this was not the case with his previous childminder! Denise and her family (all certified with the appropriate qualifications) are such lovely people. I pay £1 more an hour than his previous childminder however the services both he and I receive are worth way more than that! I am always informed of what he has done (usually an activity or outing with his peers) upon collection and any concerns Denise has are voiced. If I could bottle this woman up and keep her for all of my future kids I would in a heartbeat! My son absolutely loves his time with Denise and his new friends, if you’re looking for a home from home for your little one, Denise is 100% the person to go to!
