About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder and mum of two children.
We offer a fun, safe and stimulating home from home environment.
Having worked as a primary school teacher and nursery nurse, I became a childminder after my first child was born. That was 13 years ago and Daisy Chain Childminding Company has been the most enjoyable and worthwhile job I've ever had! Caring for children in a home setting provides a more relaxed, personal experience for children to socialise, learn and enjoy themselves.

My Experience
I have over 25 years experience caring for and working with children aged from birth up to 14 years old.
I am a qualified primary school teacher, nursery nurse and childminder and the best qualification a mummy of two beautiful children!
I have varied experience ranging from schools to daycare settings. I keep my knowledge of early years education and care up to date by attending regular training courses.
I left teaching in schools to become a childminder after my eldest child was born and absolutely adore my job! Planning stimulating activities to support children's development as well as going on fun outings ensure that children are learning whilst enjoying themselves.
My Qualifications
Btec National Diploma in Early Years
BA (hons) Early Years Education
PGCE primary (specialism in Early Years Education)
Current First aid, safeguarding, food hygiene.
