After initially registering in 1996 and having a break in 2011... I love this job so much I RE-REGISTERED again on 20th December 2018. Alongside the 22 years experience of working with other peoples children I've also had 6 children of my own; now aged between 11 and 32yrs old.

My biggest strength is my genuine passion to help others, my honesty and openness when working with parents. Caring is from the heart and i understand a lot of different life experiences.

I have a CACHE level 3 qualification in Childminding Practice and a DBS check that is registered with the update service.

Other Qualifications and Training
- 2024 I qualified as a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Coach and am now studying 2 level 5 Parent Coaching qualifications.

- December 2025 I renewed my Full Paediatric First Aid

- March 2026 I have renewed my Child Protection Training and Safer Recruitment knowledge.

- March 2026 I am studying the SENCO level 3 course

I continue to update necessary training; documents of which can be seen on my profile...other training includes 2 day Youth Mental health 1st Aider, food hygiene and safety, child sexual exploitation and FGM awareness, Equality and Diversity, ADHD Awareness, Autism Awareness, Dyslexia Awareness, Reflective Practice in Early Years, Setting up your Childminding Service, Supporting Early Language Development, An Introduction to the GDPO, Equality and Inclusion in Early Years, Autism Awareness, Data Protection

I have a large garden area that is available to children but we go out a lot too.
I have a log cabin at the end of my garden which is used for Holistic Treatments.
the pay area inside has soft mats throughout and the garden area has artificial grass and equipment such as small slide and sheltered areas.
As a practitioner, i focus a lot on messy and sensory play and of course rotate resources to meet your child's likes and consider what is needed to develop their next steps.

Over the previous years I have cared for many children ranging from 3 months old to age 11 when moving onto secondary school and have had 6 of my own children (one of whom had a rare heart condition) so am confident in my daily tasks, activities and small amount of special needs knowledge and all types of care.
I currently live with my 2 children aged 19, and 11.
I go to regular activities in the community to stimulate each age and stage of their developments of which I would continue to do with your child/ren along with baking, crafts and more.

I love helping people and am very caring and flexible and open to any communication to resolve issues. I am 100% committed to the things I undertake.

at the beginning of April my fees start at £7.25 per hour, I offer unsociable hours and ADHOC care at a premium rate.
