About Me
Nanny Eve's Childcare is a warm, friendly and happy setting, where children learn, grow and develop.
I have been a childminder for 11 years, and I love what I do. Before setting up nanny Eves childcare, I was a nanny for 17 years. I have always been in childcare. I now have 3 children of my own, i have a 14 year old son, and 2 daughters - 11 years and 8 years. I am married and have been for 17 years. I am OFSTED registered, first aid trained and DBS police checked. I have a newly built 3 bedroomed home, which I have had the whole house OFSTED checked, as it is important to have lots of space for children to play, learn and sleep. I also have a well secured garden with lots of play equipment for the children.
I have an assistant who works with me and we make a great team, we love what we do together, we provide a home from home childcare experience for the children. My assistant has also been in childcare for 10 years.
My Experience
As previously mentioned above I have been a nanny for 17 years, children from the age of 6 weeks up to 16 years! I have stayed with each family for a minimum 3.5 years so I have become very close to the children and parents. I also nannied in America for a year when I was 19.

I am first aid trained
DBS police checked
CYPOPS 5 setting up a home based childcare service
BTEC GNVQ: Health and social care- passed with a merit
CITY & GUILDS: Diploma Intermediate Business Services
GCSE: English, Maths, Home Economics, Science, Sociology, Drama and Theatre Arts, Art and Design, French and HIstory

I offer babysitting in the evenings and at the weekends
I offer an excellent events babysitting service, I have toys and books to bring along to keep children entertained while you enjoy your day/evening. I’m happy to babysit in homes, hotels, holiday lets just send me a message to arrange times and dates.

Nanny Eve has looked after my babies for two and a half years and was/is exactly what I wanted for them. Returning to work after only 6 months was a hard decision. Being so young I really wanted a small and nurturing setting, where my little girls would have the same love, attention & comforts as they received at home with me. They have this and so much more. Eve provides me with photos and accounts of their day. Quite frankly I’m often jealous by the delicious meals they have eaten, places they have visited and fun I have missed out on. Farm-parks, bird-land, Batsford, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, music lessons and book club to mention just a few of the activities. Thank you Eve, I couldn’t have gone back to work with out you.

Nanny Eve is one of the best childminder’s I have known. She is extremely professional, knowledgable and treats all children in her care as if they were her own. My daughter felt very safe and happy with Eve, coming home with lots of lovely stories about their day together. Eve also made her a book that described everything they did that day (the only childminder I’ve seen do that!). Eve chooses activities that are engaging and stimulating, she never resorts to TV and cooks delicious healthy home-made meals that children adore.
I have never seen Eve lose her temper or appear not in control of things. She is extraordinarily well organised, balanced and smiley, which is very reassuring for parents and children. Highly recommend! Karine Gazarian, PhD

My son has been coming to Eve since he was 6 months old (now 19 months) and he loves coming to her house and playing with her Children. There are always fun and exciting things to do there too. I would highly recommend Eve to anyone. There is nothing nicer than knowing your child is safe and happy when you have to go to work.
