About Me

Hello, I'm Alison. I am an Ofsted-registered childminder and have been registered since July 2008, giving me 18 years of childminding experience. As a mum of three, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are happy, safe and well cared for.

I provide a warm, welcoming, home-from-home environment where children can learn, play and develop at their own pace. I have experience caring for children of all ages and have supported children with autism, ADHD, Asperger's syndrome, and speech and language needs.

I offer school pick-ups, wraparound care, healthy meals and snacks, and a wide range of fun, age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors. I work closely with parents to ensure every child receives the care and support they need to thrive.

I am fully insured, paediatric first aid trained, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for every child.

My Experience

I have extensive experience supporting children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and a range of individual learning and developmental needs. I work closely with families and other professionals to provide inclusive, child-centred care tailored to each child's strengths and needs.

My Qualifications

I regularly attend professional training to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. Qualifications include Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and a wide range of early years and SEND training to support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
