About Me

Hi my name is Lorraine.I live in Steventon Oxfordshire and have always loved working with children. I was a local childminder for twenty plus years and worked along side Ofsted gaining Good grades at each inspection throughout the years.
I now enjoy sitting in the evenings and weekends.

My Experience

Being a mum myself to four children (Three of which are grown up now the fourth is fifteen)
Twenty years experience as a registered childminder and pre school assistant.
Former Rainbow guide leader (approx. ten years ago)
Understanding how hard it is for some to leave their children and working along side parents to ensure that everyone is happy..

My Qualifications

Level three in home based childcare.
First aid trained.
Safeguarding training.
trained through the pre school learning alliance on a number of different courses

My Availability

My Fees

Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

Would Normally charge £10 per hour.
For overnight hourly rate till 10pm
£50 for the sleep in 10pm-7am (dependant on sleep times for individuals) then from 7am hourly rate till parent/carer returns.

Brilliant sitter

We booked Lorraine to sit for our two daughters and two nieces when we were staying at a hotel locally and she was absolutely great. I thought she would have her hands full with the four of them in one hotel room but she was totally calm and relaxed and very professional. The girls thought she was wonderful and if we lived in the area I would want to use her everytime we went out! I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you.
