I am 33years old and worked as a nursery nurse which then progressed to becoming a nanny for twin boys. I am a reliable and trustworthy person with experience in working with children of all ages.
I am approachable, down to earth with a good sense of humour however always provide a professional approach to my techniques.
I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves exploring our beautiful coastline with my tent box and making the most of nature. I also have a passion for music, singing, and art, which I love to incorporate into my nannying style to encourage creativity and confidence.
The safety and wellbeing of the children in my care are always my highest priorities. My approach is fair, nurturing, and fun, providing a secure environment where children can thrive while enjoying new experiences and adventures.
I have excellent references available and am a trusted, approachable, and reliable caregiver. Caring for my previous family and their children remains my proudest and most rewarding accomplishment. I would be truly grateful for the opportunity to become part of another family and provide the same dedicated care and support to their children.
I am very passionate about working with children and even though having worked in other professional areas such as project management. I have always reverted back to childcare as my main focus. I believe that a fun and loving environment is where a child thrives the most and I strive to achieve this in each day of my employment. Whilst safeguarding is at the forefront of what I do, I also ensure that my weekly/daily plans are filled with fun and exploration especially the outdoors and messy play.
My Experience
I started with voluntary work with children in a local pre - school and after school club. I then secured a full time role as a Nursery Assistant for one of the northeast's leading Ofsted outstanding childcare providers. I worked in all age tiers however predominantly I was based in the early years (12 weeks - 12 months). I then most recently worked as a sole charge full time nanny to a local family caring for their twin boys for 3.5 years. I worked with the boys from the age of 11 months up until they started full time School and still have a good relationship with them and the family.
Along side my full-time roll as a nanny I also ran a multiples play group once a week, to help the twins develop socially and so parents could share best practice and have a short well deserved break!
These Jobs have given me experience and the opportunity of working with children on wide age scale from teenagers to small babies including new born, I can fulfil the needs of a growing family of all age groups. I can provide a CV and references on request.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
