About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I am a member of Pacey (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years). I am fully insured for care as a childminder and my car is fully insured for business use.
I aim to provide a loving home from home environment for the children I will provide care for. I will follow the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The children will be able to take part deciding in the range of exciting, stimulating
and fun activities I aim to provide daily, ranging from cooking, dress up play, arts and crafts and role play. I live in a nice neighborhood on the outskirts of Shepshed where there are plenty of walks to be taken and we will have trips out to the local park. I will attend local toddler groups, library and the local toy library.
I have two children of my own.
I have a large fully enclosed secure garden with a full range of outdoor toys scooters. I have pets which include 2 small dogs (cockapoo), good for allergies and a cat.
Overall, I aim to provide a warm, fun, friendly, welcoming and stimulating environment for the children in my care.

I have been childminding for over 8yrs & have experience of working with twins..
I have experience of children with allergies & asthma.
I have 2 children of my own.
My Qualifications
Safeguarding & childminding relevant courses are all up to date, including Prevent & First Aid & are updated throughout as & when required.
My Availability
I have a full or part time place available from August 2023
I aim to provide care on a daily basis from 7.30am until 5pm.
Other hours/days on request, maybe considered.
I offer FEEE funded positions for 2yrs & 3yrs, if they are eligible.
I provide 15 & up to 30hrs funding, if they are eligible.
I also take payment by the government funded tax payment scheme & childcare vouchers.

Our son has been attending this wonderful woman's childminding service for around 2-3 weeks now. I cannot describe what an amazing woman she is! Our son has come on leaps and bounds thanks to this lady. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a childminder in the Shepshed area. Outstanding service, kind, caring and attentive. Everything you want from a childminder.
