They were mistreating our non-verbal daughter

I wouldn’t recommend them to any parent as they mistreated our daughter who was non-verbal at the time. I was working full time while my wife as working part-time. We use to leave our daughter with them in the afternoon when I left for work, my wife would pick her up once she finished work. This was back in 2023.

We started noticing that our daughter would cry when we left her there and this used to happen every time. You would think that over the weeks this would get better but no it got worst. Our daughter would come back with bruises, wounds and one time even had wounds on her tongue (both sides). Our duaghter despite being non-verbal was very social, active and loved playing with other children and toys.

We only found out last year when one day we took out the old work book (while sorting out her cupboard) that they used to have for my daughter. My daughter started crying and threw the book away, since she could speak and explain things better, she told us everything. My daughter specially mentioned Miss Naghma’s son who use to hurt her. To this day, not a day goes by when she doesn’t mention Miss Naghma’s son and keeps asking that we should report him to police.

We had our suspicions especailly couple of times there was police at their house as well but, we didn’t have any evidence to prove it.

Can you imagine how parents trust their children to these poeple who then abuse them, I am writing this review to inform other parents. We saw children there as young as few weeks old. I cannot imagine what those children must go through. One time I was chatting with Miss Naghma’s son and he didn’t have good things to say about children which is a HUGE red flag.

There were couple of other childminders in the area where our daughter use to go but my daughter never mentioned any mistreatement there. We have the pictures and what’s app evidence to back this up as well.

Definitely, don’t recommend them to any parent, in fact I would recommend the authorities to investigate them.

Cute1s Daycare

First of all let me start by saying how amazing Nagma (aunt and Yaya are, my boy loves meeting Aunt Nagma each morning and loves jumping into her hands as sh is always welcoming, and yaya has is amazing with all the effort she puts in with child care.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our childminders, From the moment my child walks through the door, they are welcomed with warmth, patience, and genuine care. Every day is filled with fun activities, learning opportunities, and thoughtful routines that make my child feel safe, happy, and excited to return.
One thing that always stands out is how clean, organised, and well-maintained her home is. You can tell they takes great pride in creating a safe, hygienic and comfortable space for the children.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found them, and I couldn’t recommend Cute1s more highly.

Naghma is a reliable, punctual, caring and understanding childminder.She communicates well and inform about the kids.Also flexible in timings and payments.Im really satisfied with the service provided and would recommend others.

Best Child minder

We feel so lucky to have found Muskan and the team. From day one, she has provided a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for our child. She treats the children like part of her own family, and it really shows in the way our little one looks forward to going every day.

Her setting is always clean, welcoming, and well-equipped with toys, books, and creative activities. She also encourages good manners and independence, which we really appreciate.

What we value most is the open communication – she always keeps us updated with photos and daily feedback, so we know exactly how our child is getting on.

We’ve seen such a positive difference in my son's confidence, speech, and social skills since starting with Muskan and the team.We could recommend her for parents looking for a good childminder.

Simply the BEST

My child with complex and additional needs has been at this setting for many years. We would like to thank the whole team for all their support and making a significant difference in our child's life. Initially it was a huge struggle to find a team of childminders with the correct knowledge, understanding , empathy and compassion my child required as he needed one to one support through out due to his needs, lack of social awareness and potential hazards and risks. Through out the years we have been with you, you've always provided us with new tactics and knowledge to support our child at home. Your one to one charges have been reasonable and not significantly increased through out the years of us being with you. Seeing the improvements in my child is truly worth every penny.

Thank you so much and we always look forward to seeing you and us seeing our child grow and develop in a nurturing environment.

Excellent childminder, Thank you Muskan

Been with cute1s since 2017. Brilliant childcare, nurturing environment with educational activities provided. Cute1s are flexible, home like atmosphere and regular communication and support.

Muskan is amazing with the kids and has and currently tutoring my daughter who has autism and has developed amazingly academically. From not reading to now reading for her age. Muskan is brilliant with supporting send children and very knowledgeable. They have been on many courses to gain more additional knowledge to support the children. Muskan has supported by attending send school meetings which is a brilliant help for school to understand how my son behaviour is controlled. Muskan has dealt with my son’s challenging behaviour perfectly and understands his needs. My son has a many disabilities including physical disability, Muskan has implemented measures into adapting things for him, risk assessments. My children thrive there.

So glad to have found this childminder, strongly recommend this childminder. Thank you

Excellent Childcare

Excellent childcare provided at Cute1s. We have been at Cute 1s since 2008.
Muskan is brilliant with kids ans gets down to their level. My child learns something new daily; new activites are provided on a frequent basis. Throughout the team they have vast amounts of skills and knowledge. They do many courses on a regular basis including SEND courses specific to my child.
My child has special and complex needs; he is very settled and they are very flexible always even at short notice.

Thank you Muskan/Yaya and Nanny

We are very happy with the service and work done on my angel. She has improved a lot, with all areas of development. Daily feedback is great as it give us insight to improve on my angel. We do know she pushes boundaries and we all have been working on it. Massive improvement, thank you for all the great work you do. Eating has improved massively , thank you again.

Amazing and simply the best Childminder

Muskan has been looking after both my children, the eldest one is in Reception now and still attends the setting during half term. Being a working mum I go to work every day knowing my children are in the best care.
They offer fantastic activities such as garden play, painting, colouring, playdough, baking and even more which my children absolutely love and enjoy. I couldnt be happier with the care and attention they provide.
Muskan has always gone above and beyond in all aspects of looking after my children and I would a million percent recommend her services to everyone. Not only do my children love her but my husband and I couldn't have wished, and hoped for someone better to help bring our children up.
We can't thank her enough for the fantastic start she gave our children. They are both brilliant, bright especially my son developed immensely under her care and he adores her a lot. Muskan has been playing a huge role in helping my children.
I couldn't recommend  Cute1s enough, Muskan loves the children she looks after and they love her in return. The bond she forms with them is so special.
We couldn't have found a better childminder and a life saviour every time we need extra help from Muskan for our children due to any emergencies.

Excellent setting

A massive thank you to Cute1s for all your patience and dedicated members. You have accepted our son to be in your Cute1s family with love, nurtured and taught him with care. The encouragement and guidance throughout his time in Cute1s was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.
