My Experience

I have many years of hands-on experience supporting children through different stages of their development. Alongside my family experience, I have been a registered childminder since 2013 and have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

I am proud to have achieved my second consecutive OFSTED Outstanding grading, most recently in February 2024, reflecting my commitment to delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for children.

My qualifications and training include:

* Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce: Early Learning and Childcare Pathway (achieved July 2015)
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Regular Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training updates
* Ongoing professional development through online courses, childcare training programmes, and local childminder network meetings

I am committed to continuously improving my knowledge and skills to ensure I provide the best possible care and education for the children in my setting. Keeping up to date with current legislation, childcare practices, and early years developments is an important part of my role.

I work closely in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual needs and development, ensuring they feel happy, secure, and confident. I also maintain strong links with Crow Lane Primary School, helping to provide continuity and support for children attending the school.

Through my experience, qualifications, and passion for childcare, I strive to create a welcoming environment where every child can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Since registering with OFSTED in 2013, I have cared for children of varying ages and stages of development. Over more than 10 years as a childminder, I have built extensive experience in supporting children’s learning, development, wellbeing, and school readiness. My commitment to providing high-quality childcare has been recognised through achieving two consecutive Outstanding OFSTED judgements.

My Availability

Availability

My setting is open Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm, £52.00 ( I provide earlier starting times if requested, extra charges apply)

I offer flexible childcare arrangements, including:

* Full-day care for children aged 0–4 years
* Before and after school care
* School holiday childcare
* Term-time only contracts

I also provide wraparound care for children attending Crow Lane Primary School, supporting families with their childcare needs before and after the school day.

I accept a range of government-funded childcare schemes and can discuss funding options available for your child.

Current Availability

From August 2026, I have childcare spaces available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for children aged 0–4 years.

Funded places are available.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.00 per hour

My hourly rate is £6.00
This applies to children who attend my setting before and after school.

My daily rate is £52.00 This applies to children who don’t attend full time school and for school holidays.

Please note these fees include meals, snacks, outings and activities that may cost money, you will not be charged extra.

I accept 15 and 30 hours funding, I can provide term time only care or stretch the funding to cover the annual year. On funded days I request £5.00 consumables fee to contribute towards meals.
