Vivi has been looking after our daughter since she was 13 months old. She is very warm, bubbly, and caring and has always put our daughter at ease. Vivi is an excellent communicator- sending photos and updates to keep us informed during jobs. We have been very happy with Vivi and would highly recommend her for any childcare work!

Vivi has been our nanny for the past year and started with our family when our son was only seven months old. She has cared for him two days a week and played a hugely important role in his early development. Now that he is moving on to full-time nursery, we are very sad to be saying goodbye to her. Vivi is warm, calm, loving, caring, patient, and highly knowledgeable. From the very beginning, we felt completely at ease with her and knew our baby was in safe and loving hands while we were at work, which gave us complete peace of mind as first-time parents. Her experience and guidance were invaluable to us. During periods when we found his sleep particularly challenging, she was able to settle him and shared valuable, reassuring advice. She also supported us throughout the weaning process; although he was not a great eater initially, he now has a very healthy appetite! Our son adores her and has flourished under her care, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Vivi has been the nanny to our 20 month d daughter for the last few months. She has been excellent; experienced, warm and professional. She has a real affinity with children and her warmth is striking; our daughter is devoted to her. Vivi cooks excellent meals for our daughter and takes time to ensure she eats and drinks properly. Sadly, because of a change in our circumstances we are having to say goodbye to Vivi but I could not recommend her high enough.
