My Summary

My Experience

I qualified my Level 3 Diploma and a week later I was running the baby room children aged 6 weeks- 18 months. I ran the baby room for the summer holidays and during the October half term, due to my room lead only being term time.

Then in November 2013 I took on the role of Toddlers Deputy Room Lead, in which I was running the room on a regular basis, however due to my age my manager does not think that it is suitable to have me being the official room lead. I have to not only plan for the individual needs of my key children but also complete room plans for the week, as well as making sure that all the paper work is up to date and filed away when completed.

I have had some work experience with 3- 5 year olds, i have worked in a school as well with foundation stage up to year 3's. I have got 3 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters so i have gained a lot of experience through working with them. I started babysitting at the age of 13 and i had 4 regular babysitting jobs, i have also had a few random babysitting jobs


I have had 12 weeks experience working alongside a child with sever speech problems and 2 days a week was assigned as his TA to support him. I got given support through the school that I was working at; I learnt some sign language to help communicate with him.

i have a few babysitting jobs which can involve me cooking dinner, a bit of housework bathing the children and getting them down to sleep. I hold a Bgrade in food technology at GCSE level and did start to do my A-Level therefore no lots of different recieps and will often try to cook things from fresh.

I am looking into being OfStead registered.

I have done lots of babysitting; children of wide age ranges, children with SEN, children with disabilities.

Recently I’ve been running a pub which I was turning into a family friendly pub, by supplying toys, activities and family fun days or activities. These events could host from 20-90children and their parents. Age range 2 months-14year olds. I would put on games, activities, messy okay, cake decorating, arts and crafts and much more.

My Qualifications

i have gained a level 3 diploma and a extended diploma in childcare.

My Availability

I am currently not working, I'm looking for a new challenge. I am free most weekends just ask for minimum of 2 weeks notice.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)

My fees are to be discussed depending on the amount of children and the age of the child and the jobs entailed throughout the shift.
