My Summary
About Me
I am a mum with two grown up daughters and 4 grandchildren and have been childminding since 1993. I live in a small village, by woods and fields, I have a large outdoor space for play and exploration.
My Experience
I have looked after various ages from 12 weeks old to secondary school age, at present I care mainly for under 4's I have attended many varied courses over the last 30 years and am still enthused to attend, as you can never learn too much in this ever changing field.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Home Based Childcare, Paediatric First Aid, Enhanced CRB (as are all members of my household) Specialist Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, various EYFS courses including Prime Areas, Observation, Assessment, Special Needs, Playwork and have attended many other child development and care related courses.
My Availability
I work all year, Monday to Thursday with a minimum contract of 7 1/2 hours per day, with occasional holidays and always have the week from Christmas to New Year as holiday.
