My Summary

My Experience

I'm qualified cache Level 3 in childcare and education. I have done many placements in various nurseries during my college course as well as two winter seasons on ski resorts in France and Austria as a personal nanny for families who were on holiday. Mainly caring for children aged 4 months to 5 years, with additional work with 6 to 11 year olds. I looked after the children for the duration of the day therefore meeting the children's different care needs like feeding, sleeping and changing needs whilst also organising fun range of activities for the children to take part in. I also helped parents out during evenings, babysitting the children whilst they relaxed and enjoyed there holiday evenings. Since returning to the UK I have worked in two different nurseries, the first being based with children aged 2-4 and the next being based in the baby room caring for children aged 3 months to 18 months. After having my first daughter I worked as a after school nanny also doing morning drop offs and providing care for the children during school holidays. I then went on to work for two more families as a sole charge nanny, one family with a 1 year old and the next family with a 1 and 2 year old. I have 11 and 4 year old daughters and a 1 year old son. They are all very confident, happy and love to be around other children both older and younger.
