About Me
I am a ‘Integrity Childminder Agency’ registered childminder, who was currently rated ‘Outstanding’ with Ofsted at my last inspection.
I live with my partner and have two children, a son named Jack and a daughter named Tia.
I live just down the road from Woodhouse middle school and approx 5 - 10 minute walk from Ox-Hey first school.
We have a good sized property with a large garden which is suitable for all year / season play, consisting of playhouses, slide, tree house, football nets, sand / water play and a vegetable patch where the children grow there own vegetables.
Internally we have a dedicated playroom aswell as a larger lounge for them to play in, both of which have patio doors which open up onto the back garden, I have a good selection of toys and activities for all ages and interests.
We also share the property with 3 very small friendly dogs, cat, rabbit, tortoise, ducks and Chickens (of which the children love collecting the daily fresh eggs from).
My Experience
I have previously worked as a Engineer and in care for the elderly, aswell as a Lunchtime supervisor at a local school.

I chose Sarah to look after my son when I returned to work and felt a childminder would be better as he was only 11 months. He settled so quickly and thrived in the homely, caring environment. He was always happy to go to Sarah’s and he was always excited about all the things he had done. The children have a lovely mix of home activities and trips out. Alfie came on leaps and bounds thanks to Sarah and I’ve no doubt that his transition to preschool was so easy because of the time he had with her. 2 years later he still talks of Sarah, I can’t recommend her enough

We have had our daughter with Sarah now for nearly 11 months, and she has come on leaps and bounds. Sarah is always doing activities, and taking the children out to various parks, play groups and on little adventures.
we have so so sad as we are moving house, out of the area, and the worst thing about it is not being able to keep having Sarah look after our daughter. we will all certainly miss her, but when we started sending our daughter to Sarah, we not only gained a wonderful childminder, but also a friend so I know we will keep in touch. We both feel that we really landed on our feet with Sarah, she is so accommodating and flexible with us. we know we will never get anyone like her again ! she is the gold standard that we now benchmark others against! Thank you Sarah for being so Wonderful with our little girl and with us :o)

Deciding who to leave my child with each day was an enormous decision for me. Thank goodness I found Sarah!
I could not believe my luck that my little girl would be in such a safe, homely, caring and fun environment each day. The idea of her getting individual attention when required and still being exposed to groups regularly was the perfect mix I was looking for. And with an action-packed schedule, from fetching eggs from the chickens to picnics, baking and messy play, I know my little girl's development needs will be met.
Sarah is a friendly, kind and caring person and I feel completely at ease leaving my little girl with her. With a baby-brain in a fast-paced job, I thank my lucky stars on a regular basis for how helpful and patient Sarah is.
Could not do without Sarah!

My daughter has only been with Sarah a week but it's like she has been there years!
Sarah is warm hearted, kind and most of all: fun. She has a huge garden, chickens and a packed time table each week, which includes lots of messy play; resulting in my daughter being shattered but happy each evening.
Sarah is flexible, has robust policies and an equally friendly family. Food choices are balanced snd healthy (with the occasional treat) and the toy room provide a range of things for all ages alike.
Highly recommended from a parent, and her daughter!
