Our first child so additional nerves when dropping him off for the first time but Pauline put us at ease immediately.
Albie loved every moment spent with Pauline and nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond in providing advise and tips when Albie would play up at home.
Creative, loving, caring, fun and a super safe pair of hands. We could not recommend Pauline highly enough.

Pauline has provided the best childminding service our family could have hoped for. She is always professional, caring, calm and kind. Having breast-feed and been inseparable with my daughter, it was such a big thing to return to work and trust someone else with her care. Pauline took away all that worry. She was brilliantly supportive and patient (with me!) and my daughter took to her instantly, they are the best of friends.
They spend their days playing, learning and going for walks. There is a keen focus on learning & development, but if my daughter is teething they have cuddles and read books – my daughters favourite things! Pauline always recognises what she needs and adapts accordingly with the most upmost of care.
She has a wealth of experience and always offers good advice, if asked.
Pauline keeps me constantly updated and I love seeing the real time pictures of what they are getting up to each day. Her clean playroom is a great setting for learning and having fun, and her house is near nice footpaths and forests to play in. I highly recommend Pauline as a fantastic childminder.

Pauline looked after our son 2 days a week while we were at work. He settled very well and was excited to spend time with her. Pauline was flexible with timings and worked with what we needed. Pauline did lots of arts and crafts with our son and he loved this. Thank you Pauline .

Pauline looked after our son from when he was 9 months until he was 3 years old, spanning across the pandemic and beyond. She was absolutely brilliant and she's now taking care of our 11 month old! Pauline worked with all of our requests- to use washable nappies, altering nap timings (even when I'm sure it was a bit of a pain really!) and has always been very flexible and thoughtful. I feel incredibly lucky that we found her and would absolutely recommend her to others.

Pauline has looked after our daughter Evie for the last two years and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first day Evie loved going to Pauline’s and just adores her! Her approach is second to none and from when we first met her and saw the setting at her house, we knew Evie was in very good hands! Great variety of play and learning, and daily forest walks meant Evie had just the best time every day and she made big friendships with her buddies. Pauline was also very flexible and accommodating if pick up times shifted a bit on occasions. We were very sad to say goodbye to Pauline at the end of the Summer but are just so grateful for her giving Evie just the best start into being looked after by someone other than us. We cannot recommend her more highly.

Was let down by another childminder with short notice and needed a few weeks support in the summer holidays before our son started school. Pauline was very accommodating and frankly the best childcare provider I have ever used.
I just wish we met her when our son first needed care!
When she says she has a great setting and location she is playing it down! Her set up is better than the nursery we used and shared between 2-3 children opposed to 20! I also love that every day, sun or rain they make time to spend walking in nature and being active.
I noticed a few other reviews deducted a start or two for communication. She was excellent updating at the end of every day what had happened, clear and concise with all we need to know. She did take longer than most to reply to texts etc; but I was glad she wasn’t glued to her phone responding every time I sent a message. It shows she was busy with the kids, not busy on her phone. So waiting an hour for a response was never an issue.

Pauline has been our son's nanny since he was 3,5 months old ; he's now 13 months and still goes to Pauline's every week day. She has been our Rock, has always been there to help us and we consider her a part of the family; Theo loves her, has developed incredibly fast and well thanks to all of the fun interactive activities Pauline does with him.
She is very positive, patient, and lively; she absolutely adores children and you can tell with everything she does with Theo. She is also very flexible and has helped us out soooooo many times keeping Theo later/earlier than planned! Pauline, Nathan and Zach are a great family and we are very grateful to have them taking care of our son everyday.
The playroom and outdoor activities are amazing( daily forest walks, playhouse outdoors, etc.) - Pauline even takes Theo to Noah's ark regularly! The playroom is always impeccable, very clean. Pauline communicates with us several times a day, sharing fun moments, photos and videos.. I have yet to meet someone who shares such a good experience with their childminder/nursery. Pauline really is amazing, we cannot recommend her enough!

During the lockdown our sons school was only able to offer three days of childcare. Yet working in the BRI full time my wife and I needed additional help on an odd few days.
So a colleague recommended Pauline to us.
Pauline not only ticks every box regarding excellent childcare, but she went above and beyond in expectations regarding cleanliness and precautions for COVID.
She really was brilliant with our son and we couldn’t recommend her enough.

Pauline is amazing! She looked after my daughter Darcy once a week but always made the time full of fun and laughter. Her home is wonderfully equipped for children to have fun. Pauline is trustworthy and very organised. We have now moved out of the area but definitely missing you Pauline😊

Pauline looked after my son a day a week for just under a year. He was 10 months old when he started going to her which felt really scary but she made the whole experience so much better. She was always reliable, open and so caring towards him.
They seemed to have loads of fun together and did a whole range of activities, loads of which were outdoors which I loved. On his last day with her he ran down the path and banged on the door he was so excited to be going. She seemed to have a really lovely relationship with all the children she looked after.
Pauline was always happy to answer questions about his day, and was accommodating with us when we needed extra days care.
I had absolute confidence in her ability to provide a lovely, fun and safe setting for my son to go to.
