Renu has been looking after my son, Charlie, since he was 10 months old, and he is now three years old. I am incredibly grateful for all the love, care and positivity she has brought into his life during this important stage of his development. Renu cares deeply for Charlie, and this is clear from how excited he is to go and spend time with her.

Renu’s caring, fun and nurturing nature has always given me complete reassurance that Charlie is being looked after in the best possible way. He has truly thrived in her care, and she has encouraged him to be confident, kind and independent, while also allowing his own cheeky and unique personality to shine through.

Renu has also been incredibly supportive in continuing Charlie’s potty training while he has been in her care, helping to ensure consistency between home and his time with her.

Renu has become such an integral part of Charlie’s upbringing, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her as his childminder. She has created a clean, safe, happy and positive environment where Charlie feels comfortable, secure and cared for. Her home has truly become his second home.

I cannot thank Renu enough for everything she has done for Charlie and for the reassurance and peace of mind she has given us as parents. She has played a very special role in his early years, and we will always be incredibly grateful for the love and care she has shown him.
