Hello,
My name is Renu Tripathi , an enthusiastic and very experienced childminder. I have been childiming for 18 years now, and I love it. I am married and have two children of my own - 21 and 27 years of age. I am 51 years old and am an individual who is very passionate about their job. I have been registered with Ofsted as a childminder since March 2006 and currently have children under my care both part-time and full-time, all of different ages. I am really enjoying my career, and the children in my care are very happy. I take part in drawing, arts and crafts, dancing and plenty of other activities which both me and the kids enjoy. I always make sure to create a warm and loving environment, one where the children are able to not only learn something but to have fun whilst doing so. My house is open spaced, safe, and clean for the kids to play in. I also have a large play area, in which the kids are able to thrive and throw themselves into any activity. The kids are also able to take pleasure in the garden, which contains a playhouse and plenty of suitable equipment. Furthermore, I often attend local toddler groups and a childminders network group. I also keep up to date with all courses available to me and try to complete as much of them as I can. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask as I am more than willing to help.

I have 18 years of childminding experience and have had the pleasure to raise my own children with a great care.
My Qualifications
I am fully registered with PACEY and Ofsted. I have a diploma in child care with first aid paediatric certificate. I have several other supporting certificates i.e. safeguarding, e safety, food safety, FGM, prevent duty and many more. I have always been given high grades from the Ofsted Inspection and always hope to achieve more.

I am available from 7am to 7pm every day.

Renu is brilliant childminder.Not only she was providing excellent care in a warm, clean environment to our son but she also was supportive and looked after us (parents) when going through health issues . We appreciated the home-cooked meals, engaging activities, and flexible approach. My so settled quickly and bonded strongly with Renu. She has been a blessing and God sent to us.

Renu is one of the best childminder I have come accrossed. She is excellent in her work and make the child very comfortable. She provide a very clean and comfortable environment to the kids and kids love her company. She keep kids indulged in playing and doing activity which helps them to adjust to the place very easily. My child loved to be with her.. she is one of the best childminder

Our child has been with Renuji from very young age. In fact we found her through word of mouth when we were not happy with the previous childminder and we never looked back. She is such an amazing accommodating person exuding so much warmth and kindness. In fact her whole family have become our friends now as we end up visiting each other’s houses for important events and functions and have developed long lasting friendship. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a caring trustworthy and a friendly childminder.
